the family had the basic idea, so I jumped in with design and craftsmanship, to create the peace of furniture to meet the needs.

Yes you have enough room to fit the workplace, playfield and the beds into only one side of the room in your city flat. Look at that impressing proof of my thesis! And yes of course, the kids love to play on the bed deck where a nice open zone is the right stage. small drawers for pencils, bright lights and loads of shelves round up the scene.
